Our Approach
Veteran Team: Our team of facilitators consists of well-qualified and experienced development professionals who have earned recognitions from local and global entities for their outstanding performance in their fields.
Effective Learning Facilities: We offer tailor-made traditional and innovative learning platforms and tools to meet learners' needs for optimal results. It covers the range from field-based experiential to distance and online learning channels.
Glocal Focus: Our work scope mostly focuses on delivering benefits to all. We give priority and high attention to serve marginalized and underserved groups.
Policy to Practice: Achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals is considered an organizational mandatory objective. Hence, we have committed to encouraging everyone to understand the values of achieving SDGs and enhancing cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
Who We Are
Though the New School of Training Society Limited was registered as a non-profit Society in Sri Lanka in 2024, we have been operating as a volunteer professional development collective for 22 years since 2002. In addition to providing our service as volunteers, we have partnered with many national and international organizations for implementing welfare, human capacity development, rights-based programs, while promoting the education for Sustainable Development, and Global Citizenship Education (GCED) projects and activities.
By now, our organization marches forward under an energetic women and youth leadership for achieving our corporate goals with the support of an experienced and qualified management team.
